I am really encourage by how quickly our team is jelling together. Here are some goals for our players as we move through the middle of our season:

Passing--passing will be the central focus of our players at this stage in their development. A team that can connect 2-4 passes will have a sizeable advantage over a team that still has the "pack around the ball" mentality. Let's encourage our players to pass!!!
Positions--our players are beginning to grasp that running all over the field is not beneficial. Remaining in their designated positions will be key to covering the entire field, and will also encourage passing the ball between players.
